At least, that's what most PR specialists think. This past weekend there was a seminar in San Diego where various speakers from across the country shared their thoughts on the ties between public relations and social networking. Lee Odden shared his thoughts on the subject and said that social networking provides a form of two-way communication between clients and target audiences. It is a tool that should be used a lot more in the public relations field.

These areas, whether sales, marketing, product development, customer service, etc., need to understand and have a breakdown of the conversations.
